Madame Tussaud’s London tasked us with creating a brand campaign that embodied their ‘Rebels and Royals’ values. With every brand looking to ‘reign’ the conversation around the Platinum Jubilee, MTL wanted to cut through the noise, celebrate its history with the Royal Family and engage domestic audiences in an exciting way. 

Our campaign needed to generate engagement and interest with the audience but also contribute to overall ticket sales. We successfully created an incredible social campaign, delivering the strategy, content creation and distribution that hit all the campaign objectives.    

The details

We sourced some of the UK’s most talented drag performers to create a refreshing multi-channel campaign that engaged MTL’s core domestic audience with content that was relevant and unique. 

Exploring the world of Royalty V. Drag Royalty, we asked our drag artists to discuss their favourite Queen Elizabeth look and how they embodied ‘Royal etiquette’ in their own unique way. 

Our aim was to harness the power of each Drag Queen’s devoted following on their social channels, utilise boosted budgets to support organic and create a narrative that was rebellious! 

Our execution was simple but effective – get Drag Queens into a room and capture what they do best.
