Welcome to our last monthly update of 2024! As the year wraps up, we’re sharing highlights and some recent campaigns from personalised story-telling to research recruitment. We’re also looking ahead to 2025, sharing a sneak peek at our new offerings, upcoming events, and opportunities to connect with us in person.
Highlights
Since announcing the exciting news that we’re going to have a small team on the ground in Dubai from January, we’re so grateful to have made a whole host of new connections with talent managers and potential clients. Thank you to everyone who’s introduced us to their international teams, our network is really strong and we can’t wait to see campaigns come to life.
This month, Sophie has been supporting the Content Marketing Association judging the latest awards. Alongside brilliant marketeers, designers and consultants from various brands, Sophie enjoys celebrating the achievements in our industry, plus says it’s always a blend of fun and learning.
We had our Christmas party this month! With team members around the UK and now some internationally, it’s not always the easiest to get together. Picture lip syncing battles, acrobats and Italian feasting!
Campaigns
We’re really pleased to have successfully delivered our research recruitment campaign for the University of Glasgow, and the Good Measure project.
Tasked with recruiting 14 to 19 year-olds for a survey on mental health topics, following continuous refinement of our paid media strategy, we achieved great results. Stay tuned for a full case study coming soon, where we’ll share more insights and details.
Our second campaign for SPCK Publishing is now live, featuring the heartwarming title My Letter from God.
To showcase this personalised book, we collaborated with parenting influencers on Instagram, positioning it as a thoughtful gift not just for Christmas, but also for special occasions like birthdays and christenings.
This campaign was a joy to work on, from the creative freedom and trust given to our influencers from the publisher, to the collaborative posts that boosted our reach and engagement. Collaboration posts are great for building trust and amplifying impact by combining audiences seamlessly. Check out a highlight of the campaign here.
2025
Following our 2025 strategy session and conversations with clients, next year we will be introducing you to Rocket ‘Human Experiences’.
This offering will sit within our production team, and will focus on creating more meaningful connections between the brands we work with and their target audiences.
Our plan for human experiences is to seamlessly integrate into our wider content marketing strategies, and is an extension of the experiential work we have been doing for years for our clients.
James and Sophie will be speaking at the Content Marketing Association’s Summit in the 16th January. James is hosting a panel and Sophie will be contributing to discussion around what content looks like for youth audiences in 2025. We’ll have more on this coming soon, and if you’re going to be at the event – let us know!
Later on in the month, we will also be back at the London Toy Fair. With live recordings of our Rocket Fuel podcast returning for a 2nd year, we’re looking for guests to share stories and insight.
